2. Data we process

• Website. Our web server keeps standard technical logs (IP address, time, requested page, browser type) for security and operation. The website uses no cookies, analytics or third-party trackers.
• Apps. We design our Apps to process as little personal data as possible. Where an App processes personal data, the categories and purposes will be described in this policy and in the App's App Store privacy information before the App is made available.
• Purchases. If an App offers purchases, payments are processed by Apple. We do not receive your payment card details.
• Support. If you contact us, we process your contact details and the content of your message to answer you.

3. Purposes and legal basis

We process data to provide the website and Apps and fulfil our agreement with you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), to keep them secure and working (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), and to comply with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

4. Recipients

We do not sell personal data. Data may be processed by our hosting provider and by Apple as the App Store operator, each under its own terms and safeguards.

5. Retention

Server logs are kept for no longer than 14 days. Support correspondence is kept as long as needed to handle your request and as required by law.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify or erase your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. You can contact us at any time, and you may lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ, www.uoou.cz).

7. Children

Our Apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

8. Changes

We may update this policy, in particular when we release a new App or add features. The current version is always published on this page.
