End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is between you and P.N. zámečnictví s.r.o., IČO 21745501, registered office Láz 74, 675 41 Láz, Czech Republic (“Licensor”) and governs your use of the Licensor's iPhone apps (each a “Licensed Application”).

1. Acknowledgement

This EULA is concluded between you and the Licensor only, not with Apple Inc. (“Apple”). The Licensor, not Apple, is solely responsible for the Licensed Application and its content.

2. Scope of license

The Licensor grants you a non-transferable license to use the Licensed Application on any Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

3. Maintenance and support

The Licensor is solely responsible for maintenance and support of the Licensed Application. Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services. Support: phone +420 605 907 931, email [coming soon].

4. Warranty

The Licensor is solely responsible for any product warranties not effectively disclaimed under applicable law. If the Licensed Application fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the Licensed Application.

5. Product claims

The Licensor, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the Licensed Application, including product liability claims, claims that it fails to conform to legal or regulatory requirements, and claims arising under consumer protection, privacy or similar legislation.

6. Intellectual property rights

In the event of any third-party claim that the Licensed Application infringes that party's intellectual property rights, the Licensor, not Apple, is solely responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement and discharge of such claim.

7. Legal compliance

You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as “terrorist supporting”, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

8. Purchases

If a Licensed Application offers in-app purchases or subscriptions, they are billed through your Apple ID under Apple's terms, and the price and conditions are shown before you confirm a purchase. Subscriptions can be managed and cancelled in your Apple ID account settings.

9. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights end automatically if you fail to comply with it. Upon termination you must stop using the Licensed Application.

10. Third-party beneficiary

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and, upon your acceptance, Apple will have the right to enforce it against you.

11. Changes

We may update this EULA when we release new Licensed Applications or features. The current version is always published on this page.

12. Governing law and contact
